  • Setup and organize contact management information in contact management database, for prospect information storage and tracking.
  • Review and prepare prospecting telephone and email guidelines.

Execution
A team of Business Development Representatives, an Account Executive and a Learning Manager will all be working on your behalf to identify, manage, and secure appointments with client?s prospects as-well-as pipeline development and management. This involves the actual prospecting and marketing of the client?s solutions and services and will be accomplished by eLeadCorp via phone calls, voicemails, e-mails and the distribution of the client?s marketing materials and information - to educate and promote the services of our client to their prospective clients. Key metrics, contact information, phone calls, voicemails, and events will be collected. The status level of each prospect?s buying needs and notes from conversations will also be collected. Target dates for future prospecting and follow-up will also be scheduled.

Communication
The client will be notified immediately of any scheduled sales appointments via email, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Solutions, and telephone contact.
